By accessing or using Wippack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wippack is a file synchronization and version control service designed for creative teams. The Service includes desktop applications, web applications, and cloud storage for syncing and managing digital assets.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, store, or share illegal content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload to Wippack. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share. We do not monitor or review user content, but we may remove content that violates these terms.

6. Storage & Limits

Free accounts are subject to storage limits as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify storage limits with reasonable notice. If you exceed your storage limit, you may be required to upgrade or delete content.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will attempt to provide notice for planned maintenance.

8. Data Backup

While we maintain backups and version history, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups of important files. We are not liable for data loss.

9. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the application. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason with notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wippack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wippack is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
